IT Manager / Director - Salary Ranges
This post will show (and is setup for discussion) the salary ranges of the equivalents of the IT Manager / Director position of similiarly sized towns in order to demonstrate where Gilford compensation stands in relationship.
Or it would, if there was anything to with which to really compare it. At this point in time, only Newmarket has reported such a position. With only one other town, one cannot realistically do a comparison - more are needed (and probably will over time).
