Submitting a Post
Thank you for wanting to submit a Post to GilfordGrok!
We do have some folks that have been given access to put a Post up on GilfordGrok (although we are presently moderating all Posts to make sure that their content does not "cross the line" (see Policies).
However, since we are just starting out, I haven't quite figured out how to let just anyone put up a Post. At some point, I will have a form page here that will allow your Post to be stored on the site then send us an email letting us know that we need to approve it. Once we approve it, it will appear on the home / main page.
For the time being, please just send just send us an email here for our review. What we will need is a name to post it under (and yes, although we prefer real names, we understand that some folks may wish to be anonymous). We may REPLY to your email if your requested Post needs some help / editing / spelling / clarity assistance.
The next step will be for us to review the content of your Post. What is acceptable? First, the usual - no naughty words, no libel, flaming, etc. - nothing that will get us sued. Conspiracy theory type Posts will be rejected out of hand (unless you can factually prove to us there is something to it). Make your case, keep it clean - it will go up.
In any case, please note: we do have other-than-blog lives and are married to other people (and not this blog). We will try to approve all "acceptable" Comments as soon as possible
